  1. I would be calling them daily to inquire about the expedite. Explain that you have had no response. Have you told your Senator and Congressman that you have not heard from her in 2 weeks? Keep calling them too. This sounds serious and they can easily call the servicing center to find out what the status is on the expedite.

Prayers to your and your wife.

  2. To Whom It May Concern:

Keba is employed as a "title of job" at "company" name. She has been employed since "date you started" This position is a full-time, permanent position. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Sincerly,

    Boss

I also had my yearly salary in my letter, but I don't think that is necessary, as you will have your pay-stubs and tax returns also.

    Best of luck to you!!!!!

  3. Tinnaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Girl I had been waiting for this bubbly topic for a while from YOUR MOUTH!

Don't worry your girlfriends are here to the rescue!

First off! - You are very sexy, no need to get worked up about no dang bra! There's soo many kinds anyway, I personally love lace

2nd- If you can find something red to wear I would recommend the color. It is both eye-catching, sexy and most of all, immediately will get his eyes on you at the airport!

3rd - Ya guys are so bad with time (um...my husband was totally planning to pick me up when I visited him last year on a sunday -((I was landing saturday))-so what am I supposed to be stranded at the airport for that whole day?!?!?) lol

So - NOT cool for him to pull a 12 hours difference mistake! nOW GET OFF VJ and scramble scramble your glowing butt to the shop and get something nice to greet him with or just take a cold shower to wash off the old Tina (who could wear ####### around the house) and welcome the NEW TINA! Ahem - officially Mrs. .....oh boy I cannot spell your husbands name

4th - I remember I gained 7 lbs when i was with him last year - With all the workout of a new husband's arrival, believe me hun, either you will both be fat from eating together (lol) or you will lose a ton of weight from all the travelin and walking together.

5th- I don't think either of you will have any problems with being intimate - it has been a long journey and the relief of it all will relax both of your minds - just not right now cause you haven't seen him yet. When you are together, it will all flow....:)

Yes, best not to make plans, you should enjoy a relaxing lunch and have a wonderful day of no priority except erasing all of the trauma from your minds. The journey is over! A new one begins.

Tina I hope you are so happy that you look up at the sky the night of the 15th and say to God - "Thank you"

    With love,

    Tammy

Congrats!!!

  4. Okay, i typically check the status of my husband's I-130 every morning but for some reason through out the day i do the same thing. I know it is irrational because i signed up for email notification but i just cannot help it.

I am still checking mine even though our I-130 and I-129F were approved May 9 (We received the approved NOA2s). I signed up for email notification. I did not receive email notification nor has the portfolio been updated to reflect the approvals...only touched twice since. I know the email works as they notified me when I changed my password. I just hope they sent the applications to the NVC. As of today, the NVC has no record of them. I'm a little concerned, we have waited so long.

I didn't receive an e-mail either - even though i was signed up for notification. It does get to be quite the obsessive ritual! Now that I don't need to check the USCIS website anymore, I call DOS 2 or 3 times a day!

  5. Once your case has been approved and a case number has been assigned by the nvc (can be from 4 days to 4 weeks) then you can call and speak with the NVC about the expedite, keep in mind the reasons for an expedite are different for NVC. Hope you have a fast journey :star:

    different???Oh my...thanks then

The reasons for an expedite are somewhat different with the NVC, but they are so much easier to deal with. I bet you will be fine! In my case, the NVC forwarded the expedite request to the Embassy and they were the one's that had to approve it. I wish you lots of luck!

  6. For the K3 the I-134 is needed at the interview. The I-864 for is for adjusting status once in the US.

Affidavit of support - I-864. And 125%. Good luck!

    and that's gross income right?

    Yes.

We just did the CR-1 interview last week and needed the I-864. Another friend just did their K-3 interview, and they also needed the I-864. I might be wrong though!!!! (both in Casa) I will research more, but this is what we had to have.
