Hi,

Maria Teresa is here on the K1 visa. We married within a week of her coming to the US. Now we are doing an AOS. She wants to fill out permission to travel and work. Isnt she eligible to travel outside the US when she gets her conditional green card. If so why do we need to apply now? I think it may take longer to get the green card.
