@Lymen I got my letter through mail. You should ditch your lawyer. He aint a good lawyer. The person who should request for HR should be the principal beneficiary. My mother was the petitioner, she filed for me (principal beneficiary) F3 Category ( married with children).

@Lymen It has not been approved . I submitted all documents in December 2023. I got acknowledgement letter Dec 15, 2023 that they received it. Guess I just have to wait. Contents of letter says ;

Good day Ana, I have a few questions if I may . Did you course your Humanitarian Reinstatement through a lawyer ? I have the sent my HR request last Dec 2023, was wondering if I could follow it up personally at USCIS. Appreciate feedback. Thank You !
