I applied for 129f and today got a letter saying that letter tend to deny we didn’t meet in person last 2 years before filing because of covid and i have colitis that prevents me that time from travelling i have submitted all my medical records they asking me for more evidence any advice

  Even he can’t come to see me because he has immigration documents in the country he lives in and can’t enter USA with that documents he has the gray passport in austria for refugees and I couldn’t that time because covid and colitis and low immune
