    Packet #3. For me it came by snail mail. They give you a check list of things for you to do. Step1 is fill out a DS-230 part 1 and fax it back asap.Step2- a bunch of things. 1)passport 2) Medical examination $220

    3) Bith Cerficicate

    4)Police Certificate (RCMP one)

    5)court or prision records it applies

    6)5 Photo's-3 for medical and 2 for appointment
