DID YOU GUYS ALSO FILLED OUT PART 7 ITEM # 2&3 OF THE I131 TRAVEL DOCUMENT?

One more thing on the form I-131 part 7 item # 2 &3, it ask to provide a location outside the United States to receive the travel document, is this section required to be filled out?

have a few questions, on part 3 where it ask date of intended departure and expected length of trip, do I put any specific

dates and time frames?, or just leave it blank? And on part 7 where it ask to explain how i qualify for an advance parole

document and what circumstances warrant the issue of an advance parole? how should i write the letter? I am only sending this form in case my wife has to travel back to the Philippines for a family emergency.

but that question ask to put 1 for spouse, and at the bottom put the total not counting your spouse twice, maybe i got it all wrong

c. If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse?

should i enter a 1 here? even thought it says not to count anyone twice?

Hi guys, i need help filling out form I-864 question 21, i am the us citizen and petitioner, my wife and I have only one child who was born last year in the Philippines and who is already a us citizen, my question is: do i have to include our child as a dependent even though i did not claim our child on my last year's income tax?

the consul never asked me for my employment l etter, only the income tax of 2008

Hi guys, I have a question about the I-485 form, where can I find the non immigrant visa number on my wife's k1 visa? and also, how many copies of the g-325 forms do i have to send with the aos packet?

Has anyone used an attorney for k1 adjustment of status?, i was considering using an attorney to file the AOS, but all the forms are pretty clear and straight foward, i hate to use an attorney if i dont have to......

Hi guys, I have a question regarding form I-693, my fiancee and i got married a few days ago and we are currently preparing our documents for adjustment of status, we have already applied for her social security number under her married name, but my question is, would it be ok to have the medical form I-693 filled out under her maiden name and the rest of the adjusment of status forms filled out under her married name?, the only legal id my fiancee have is her filipinio passport with her maiden name, until she receives her social security card with her married name, we have no other lagal document to proof her married name.

Our petition took 1.5 years to get approved, during that time, i flew to philippines to visit my fiancee several times, i know what you are going thru, just keep your self busy, and plan a trip to philippines, it will ease your mind. and most important, keep an honest and open relationship, communication and honesty is the key to a long distance relationship.
