Talk about a one-sided view of the immigration nightmares. I understand that they are working on their problems and their staff are working diligently . . . but that really didn't answer any of the questions that most people filing have. Like whyTF is is taking so long? Why is customer service so rude when presumably most people start politely asking for information? Why is your computer system creating delays in reporting information? Why are people cases being completed WAY ahead of the queue?

Because they are to busy sitting on Woodhaven Blvd trying to get a #######!!!!!!!

What with this whole new saying latly when you call in; we ask you to give atleast 6 months from your first receipt notice, waiting on until your approval???????????

I thought it was 30 days after or 60 something like that.........

of course they have issued a few at our time range but most after, it just does not make much sense that is all. We're to vent we are here to cry(at times), share our stories help each other out, concidering we are all going through the same...

Delicia that is our frustration, people way after our filing date are being approved...I/we get where your getting at with showing us approvals. yet it is frustrating for US which are dated before those approvals that have not been approved or RFEd yet...Undertstand?

September should be received date!!! and January should be Receipt date !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My receipt date is September21 yet on my Receipt it says we received your blah blah January 28th...So what exactly do they process by receipt date or received?

I called and they tell me they are working on August yet February approvals??? I mean congragulations to them i am greatly happy for them but what about us?

No touches either! Did you guys see a February filer got approved. Used RFE trick to get the Vermont Service Center and the B was like hang up and call the 800 number and speak to a Rep at USCIS, and she hung-up on me!

Screw USCIS Touches i'll be touched by my love next week on the 28th!!!!

Today I do not like USCIS OR VSC!

Just tell her to wait it out and see, not to go crazy! Unless she tells someone they wont find out!

I just used the RFE trick and got someone at the Vermont service center..." Hello thank you for calling the Vermont Service Center" Not the usual blah blah agent number........

She said we are currently working on August 19th

You should give it another 6 months to be processed!!!!

I said WHAT!!!!!!!!

I stated that they are working on August so September is going to take that long for what reason....

Then she corrected herself and said give it another month or 2!

Your case has not yet reached an officer....

Another 2 months, just for the approval, please tell me this is what they tell everyone and there is a chance of it being processed sooner?

Anyway, I'm leaving in about a week to visit my husband, should I take the DS3032 and DS230 with me for him to sign so I have it handy once we do get approved and then forwarded to the NVC?

I think so too, I beleive we are all going to get hit like we did with the receipts, so many went out in January February all one shot...hopefully the same happens with the NOA2's this month!!!!!!!! or beginnning of next not so bad, i guess.

Well you would think that CSC would try and let VSC catch up to them! I think there have been a few approvals but not much from VSC.
