My fiancé has his interview february 26th. At the time of the interview, the medical paperwork had not been received by them. About a week ago, my fiancé received an email requesting updated passport photos and to upload them using the ceac website.
First, it took us forever to find the invoice ID number. Eventually we did, and now when we log in, a page shows up saying a DS-160 needs to be created. We already did that.
Has anyone run into this issue? If so, where do we need to go to upload these photos? Who should we contact to point us in the right direction?
