Yes, you cannot go by the USCIS process times! This website has been right on target!!! We Filed in December I 130 & I 129 and were approved May 6th! The USCIS website is showing 10/07!!???? Crazy!! Now we wait for the NVC? Any comments on processing time for them to get it to our Embassy in Trinidad???

Congratulations!! My husband is also from Trinidad, we were approved (our I130 and I129 this week. Now we will wait for everything from NVC. I turned everything in to our attorney today so all they have to do is send. How long did it take for the Trindad Consulate to get your interview and etc... We are so anxious and it would be great to hear from fellow Trinidadians!!!!

court ordered? What if you get a certain amount deposited in your account every month for the last three years for child support and the bank can

confirm it being deposited, i wonder if i can use that income, because i'm about 3,000 short of what i need and i don't have a co sponsor although i do have property in my name that was given to me by my parents and i'm buying a home too, but does it have to be paid for when using as an asset? Any help would be greatly appreaciative thanks.

They don't look at your expenses, just your income. If you are receiving child support and it's taxable, then you can claim it as income. I don't think it has to be court ordered.
