I sent both my packages via UPS to the NVC , to the address written on the barcoded cover sheet that i printed from their Online Payment Website.

Packages show up today as delivered to NEWINGTON, NH, is this normal ?, I wrote PORTSMOUTH NH, Are these the same place or did they mess up?

I called the NVC the operator told me she couldn't give me the invoice number

Where can i find this number? is it going to be on the AOS fee bill?

If not, is the invoice # on the AOS fee the same for the IV fee?

After paying the fees and the payment is processed , what do i do? will they send me the barcoded sheets or am I going to be able to print them from their website?

Can i send in the AOS packect and DS-230 and documents right sfter payment is processed or do i have to wait until they are generated?

Her husband filed under her maiden name, they don't have time to change passport because they have to send the form now and the passport for a name change takes 30 days , their main concern is that she wishes to use her married name in the USA and wishes her gc and ss card comes with that name.

so what to do?

On the DS-230 can i person put there their new married name and under others names used their maiden name , even if her passport is under her maiden name and the petition was originally filed under her maiden name?

Would this cause an RFE?

She wants her green card to come under her married name as this is the name she intends to use once in the USA.

Why didn't u upgrade the petition instead of filing the whole thing all over again????
