Yes it definitely says all that. It was issued in May. I reached out ti an immigration lawyer who Suggested I put put my maiden name on in instead of my married name since my passport has my maiden name. The do have my marriage cert though. But I resubmitted it with my maiden name. I'm hoping that works!

I have resubmitted multiple times but they won't accept it. I keep getting this notice: "Please replace this with an acceptable police certificate from a correct issuing authority. Please use our Document Finder at https://nvc.state.gov/find for acceptable documents guidelines." The police certificate is the correct one. It meets all their guidelines. I am applying from Ireland. There are no other certificates. I have sent multiple enquiries which were not helpful. One just said to upload front and back since it has a stamp. Othwise they just redirected me to the document finder page. Anyone else encounter this problem? It's extremely frustrating since correspondence with the NVC takes so long - my immigration has been set back months because of this.
