I don't get that .. so that mean my embassy send the available interview appointment to the nvc and now the nvc will see if i have the priority؟

After I contacted the nvc asking about my case when it will transfer to us embassy.. and they said that they are waiting for available interviews to be sent from the embassy.. after that I contacted the embassy and they send me this email.. what is that email mean .. thnx
