  1. Hello. Not really sure of what your question is. However, I do not think you need to fill out a new DS 260 form again. As only the confirmation page is required. If you can be specific, maybe I will be able to assist. Best!
  2. I dont think you should worry too much about time to get to the Embassy. They know you need to be there and the process will depend on your preparation towards all the documents required for the medicals. Also, try to be at the clinic early, like 30 mins and go in. The lastest time to get to the Embassy is 2 pm, although, 1 pm is written officially. Best wishes.
  3. You might need a new one based on the London Consulate information. We got another one due to that. Although the consular officer did not ask any question, they just asked us to take out the old one. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/LND-London.html If you are 16 years of age or older: The original police certificate from your country of current residence and countries of previous residence. UK police certificates can be obtained from the Association of Chief Police Officers Criminal Records Office (ACRO). If the three items below are all true, you must bring a more recent police certificate to the interview. You are 16 years of age or older; You obtained a police certificate more than one year ago; and You still live in the country that issued the police certificate.
  4. I believe the registration of the visa appointment with the document collection details is a default thing, and it will register you as a group with the same case number, however, it will include underscore 1, 2.. on each person details depending on the total number of the group.
  5. As much as I know, after been current, the interview schedule and allocated by the Embassy is base on DQ date. That may have applied in your case, but you may still get it. Fingercrossed!
  6. Based on the info from the Nigeria EB2 NIW group, I will recommend you transfer to London since you have a resident permit there. I learnt some are current since about a year ago still have not gotten IL. Some are even transferring to neighbouring countries like Cameroon and Serria Loeno.
  7. Letter gotten in Feb 2025. And the interview is scheduled for April 2025, that way, it's approximately 2 months. With you been current in April, your interview may likely be scheduled for May or June 2025, all things being equal. Best wishes!
  8. Yes, I believe. While the actual interview may be in May or June 2025.
  9. Hi all.. Please I need support and guidance. I just got my interview letter now. It seem I am nervous which was not there before. Maybe it is normal, not sure. I was a student in the UK when I applied for the EB2 NIW and got approved. In order to prepare for the journey ahead and also prepare for any uncertainty of 'what if', I mean having plan to get something reasonable in the UK, I enrolled on a clinical course programme which is due to be completely in Sept 2025. Can any one give me tips on how to prepare well for this interview? xx @appleblossom
