As for the 2nd form, as far as I can remember you don't have to bring it along. You can, of course, fill it in and bring it along just to be sure, but from my memory it's not mandatory.

Btw, I'm unsure if you're Gwen or Wouter but if either of you speak Dutch, it might be easier to conversate in Dutch instead =)

What interview are we talking about? The one in Amsterdam or the one for AOS? I believe it says in either the guide or the papers you receive from the Amsterdam consulate what you will need for the interview.

Happy new year also to you and your hubby! lol, yeah I know, it is nice over here compared to the mainland.. average during the day is about 25-29 celsius/77-85 Fahrenheit and about 21 C/70 F during the night lol.. and can you imagine I actually feel cold during the evenings? lol, I would so die if I had to go mainland right now lol.
