    Well, My bio-metrics is on 17th and I haven't received any mails yet except for the online access code. does anyone know if the mail doesn't arrive can I print the bio and use it at my Bio appointment?

    Honestly, I would highly recommend going to a immigration lawyer for consulting they might charge you a one time consulting fee which will be totally worth it or there are a lot of lawyers who do free first time consultation as well. They might have the best answer you need firstly, because they might be getting similar cases to you, someone from the forum would give you a great suggestion I totally believe that but remember every case is different some might have strong evidence some might not. so I suggest create a list of questions and possibilities you can think of and just discuss with the lawyer.     well i got my online access code mailed yesterday and this is the timeline now 9/19/23: Shipped through UPS 9/22/23: Packages received at Elgin lockbox 9/25/23: Received Text with receipt number stating "case was received" 9/29/23: Scheduled for biometric appointment on 10/17/23: Biometrics still haven't got the mails in yet for appointment or NOA but not worrying as i can see everything online, I got California service center lets see how it will go..

    Yes the receipt number is with IOE by online processing does that means is it better or worse? lol Also just on USPS e-mail i see 1 letter coming in today from USCIS

    Hey guys here in the September boat as well 9/19/23: Shipped through UPS 9/22/23: Packages received at Elgin lockbox I see that the text notification form is not working for mostly all of you, so not worrying about it. but I do see that most of you have sent it to Phoenix and received letter in a week or so any one who sent to Elgin who got the letter in one or two weeks?
