Hello, My wife had her interview on October 18th, 2024, at Islamabad embassy. She was given 221g and asked to submit joint sponsor documents. I submitted everything on December 19th. Case status still showing refused and the passport is returned without visa or any explanation. Kindly advise what to do next? Appreciate your help -
Hi, I filed for my wife in May 2021 under F2A category. I became US citizen in March 2024 and had her category changed to IR1. DQ date is Feb 2023. Can anybody help in understanding when should we expect her interview letter? PD date: May 2021 DQ date: Feb 2023. Thanks

Thank you. My only concern is that after changing her category, NVC would put us at the back of the IR line and we have to wait for couple more years. Does our wait of 3 years under F2A category would speed up the process? Kindly help, Thanks again.

Hello, My wife's PD is May 2021. I have just become a US Citizen. We have already waited for 3 years. My question is should I change her Visa category to IR? and if I do that, does it affect her PD? Please give your suggestion. Thank you!
