Amyandjorge sorry to hijack the thread but can you tell me how to check to Tegucigalpa website to look up upcoming appointments. When I Type in Tegucigalpa embassy all I get is general information like address and phone number. -
The I-130- petition was approved in 2018. The waiver, as you mentioned runs diff track/path. Well the waiver is the one that was approved in 2019. I don't now what to make of this.

So, Im almost 4 yrs since DQ. NVC just kept telling me to wait for slot opening in Tegucigalpa. The wait got too long so I contacted my local Rep. NVC told my rep that the reason it has taken too long was because the I601A waiver has not been approved. I have a letter of approval from USCIS they sent me on June 2019. Soon after that we started the NVC process as is recommended (I130-->I601A--> then work with NVC) So what is going in my case. NVC says there is no approval from USCIS. VS. I have a letter of approval from USCIS. Why Is there such a disconnect between the two agencies? the latest is my Rep has requested USCIS to adjudicate the case. to the best of my knowledge my car was adjudicated and approved back in June 2029. why adjudicate a second time??
