  1. How do I find out my address of filing location and the embassy address? Are these not the same location or are they 2 different locations? [PETITIONER’S OR BENEFICIARY’S NAME] [PETITIONER’S OR BENEFICIARY’S ADDRESS] United States Department of Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services [ADDRESS OF FILING LOCATION] or when submitting for interview United States Department of State United States Consulate, [name of country where Embassy is located] [Embassy Address] (Date mm-dd-yyyy) Dear Sir or Madam: I, (applicant’s or beneficiary’s name), do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry (petitioner’s or beneficiary’s name), and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa. Yours truly, (Signature) (Print name)
  2. I'm filling out Form I-129F. I'm on Part 8- Additional Information to add another additional physical address. In the "Page Number" field (part 8, item 3.a.) I wrote 2. In the "Part Number" field (part 8, item 3.b.) I wrote 1. I'm just stuck on what number write for the "Item Number" field (part 8, item 3.c.). Should I write "12.c.", since Physical Address 2 ends at 12.b. (even though 12.c. doesn't exist)? Or should I write 12.b., or should I generalize the item number and write "9.a.-12.b." (since that includes my whole physical address history section)? Thank you
  3. To come to US from Ghana. I was wondering what were all the necessary documents my fiance would need to gather for his interview? Thank you!
  4. Size requirements for passport photo when applying for k1 Fiance visa? Thank you
  5. What is the income requirement for K1 Fiance visa? For 3 person households. Thank you!
  6. It’s not an obvious solution. Marriage with uscis was not on my side with my previous filing 7 years ago with ex husband. I don’t want to signal red flag with another marriage visa and get denied again.
  7. Does the USCIS mail you a checklist of everything you need to send them?after mailing the application?
  8. True words And strong points provided. You right, no I don't want to risk it his entry into the country after all the immigration hassle and waiting. Thank you!
  9. Once fiance visa is approved, would a cultural/traditional African wedding ceremony (not marriage with a certificate) impose on his entry? We just want to celebrate marriage with friends and family just before he leaves his homeland since they all may not be able to come to United States for the traditional "white wedding". Would we be able to do a ceremony at least?
