STILL WAITING FOR MY BIO APPT. LETTER, I HAD 2 SERVICE REQUEST ALREADY ABOUT MY BIO APPT. LETTER AND I SENT EMAIL BUT I DIDN'T INCLUDE MY SERVICE REQUEST RECEIPT NUMBER AND THE REPLY OF MY EMAIL WAS IF I REQUESTED ALREADY AND STIL NO RESPONSE I SHOULD SEND AGAIN A FOLLOW UP EMAIL TO INCLUDE THE SREVICE REQUEST RECEIPT NUMBER, THE DATE THAT U CONTACTED ETC. AND I DID REPLY TO EMAIL I ADDED MY S.R. NUMBER. MY QUESTION IS HOW MANY DAYS BEFORE U CAN RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO THE SERVICE REQUEST? I AM THINKING AGAIN TO SEND ANOTHER EMAIL JUST TO FOLLOW UP AGAIN MY CASE.... I AM WORRIED COZ I THINK I AM THE ONLY WHO HAVEN'T RECEIVE YET A BIOMETRIC APPT. LETTER FOR JUNE FILERS AND SOME OF THE JULY FILERS TOO ALREADY HAD THEIR BIOMETRICS APPT LETTER. I CHECK ALSO MY CASE ON WEBSITE LAST UPDATE WAS JUNE 25, 2010. THAT'S MY FORTFOLIO AND I CHECK THRU MY CRI-89 RECEIPT NUMBER SAYS INITIAL REVIEW TIL NOW. I WILL CALL AGAIN MONDAY TO FOLLOW UP MY CASE. SIGH....

I filed June 1 and NOA is dated June 3rd and I still have not gotten BIO app...I called as well and they told me if nothing by labor day then to call back. But they are guessing I should get it in 2 to 4 weeks. California service center for me as well.

We received our NOA1 today...but the number isn't showing as a valid case when I check the status... Can this take a few days?
You need to wait until you get your BIO letter that will be the correct number for you to check online.

Glad to know this. I am never buying a house in Florida
. Its not mandatory in the State of NY to have both names on Title. Neither is it in Texas. I am not sure about the others.I am not sure why you would not want your wife on the title with you...everything my husband and I have bought and will buy since our marriage is and will be in both our names.

Looks like you have same as us, we have added 07,08 and 09 taxes and checking and savings showing both our names from 08 till 10, utility bills from 08 and 10 with both our names as well as titles to both cars with both names, and insurance from all years for home and cars with both names. we decided to add a few pics as well.. good luck to you with your application.

Do we sign the I-751 in blue ink or black ink or it does not matter.
The instructions say "Type or print legibly in black ink".
Did anyone sign in blue?

we are going to sign in black ink. quick question, do we need to send the small passport photos with this application? and do we need to fill out a biometrics application as well?

I waited until AP came then went back home and filled out the application in my new married name. your passport is still valid in old name just keep a copy of marriage license with passport.
