    i didn't go overboard with it...just submitted what i thought was sufficient....bills in both our names (mortgage, car, electric, cable, phone)....other ####### in both our names (insurance, tax returns, bank statements).....a few letters from friends...a few pics...and that is pretty much it...

    Hi friends!

    It’s been a while since I’ve been on here. Don’t think I’ve not missed you guys cause I dang on sho have! I had to make some choices in my life and building a business has taken over and it’s been wonderful. Please continue to support me for all of your reshaping and nutritional supplement needs or if any of you or anyone you know wanna know how I’m making money to get out of debt – hit my inbox.

    On another note, I wanted each of you to know that I’ve filed for divorce. It has been so hard cause God knows I tried to stick it out because I took my vows serious. I wanted to be a success in marriage. For those of you that know my story, let’s just say a leopard never changes his spots.

    I will survive this.

    I don’t know the whys of it all and maybe I’ll only find out when I reach Heaven with My Lord (which I pray is know time soon cause I still have work here to do)

    I love each of you for being so supportive during my journey and I hope I will maintain the friendships I’ve developed here.

    We received your fax today and updated your fiance’s case. We have scheduled Mr. XXXX for a visa interview on January 14, 2010, at 9:30 a.m., which is the earliest available date. We mailed an appointment letter to Mr. XXXXX today. Attached is a copy of the appointment letter. You need not worry about the petition expiring on December 19, because all fiancé visa petitions are automatically revalidated for a further four months if their expiry date is reached before the visa is issued.

    I am too far behind to catch up, work has got me so busy and with all the changes around here I definitely need to act the part! I went to NYC for a training on Tuesday at the Sprint Training facility and it was very impressive. I am working on a presentation for our customers now and have to learn a bunch of new offerings before 4th quarter ends.

    Hubby drove up with me and he loves NYC while I was in training he roamed Midtown and had a blast he can't wait to go back with me next week. He didn't want to take pics in Time Square because he didn't want to look like a tourist as he thought he looked like a New Yorker and fit right in LOL. Yall know I was taking pics everywhere haaa cause that's me but he did take a pic with Usain Bolt's cardboard likeness which was too funny I'll post on FB LOL

    I am glad to say that it looks like the boys have finally accepted that Damian is here to stay and he is in fact their Stepfather and my Husband. My boys are actually talking to us LOL and starting to act like a real family again. All I can say is praise God because it has been hell for me this year and I just pray that the good vibes continue and we can continue on as a fully meshed family going forward. I know it won't be easy and we all play a part and have to work together but I have faith in US.

    Hubby and I are planning a 2 day Halloween party at home with the boys with scary movies, treats and I'm dressing up the cats ( Hush I know I'm crazy). Everyone is excited and so am I to finally have some normalcy back at home :luv:

    That's great news Philly! The determination and firmness has paid off and the boys are accepting it. In time they will even like it. :luv:

    I feel Mr Philly re: tourist. I used to do the same thing but then always hated myself for not having photos of my trips. Now I just don't care if I look touristy or not. :no:

    Heaven...the Embassy will give him a sealed envelope when he gets his passport and the medical will be in there. The hospital will not give him the results to bring with him. So most likely the hospital will send the results to the embassy when they are done and then the embassy will give them to your SO with the passport/visa.

    Ok Dillion i got you !! UPDATE: ..just spoke with my fiance' ..looks like island you were right :thumbs: .. he said the embassy called him today and said that everything is fine and he will get the visa but they need the medical before he can get it..he said the only avail appt they had for him to go turn it is on Nov 24th !! so now we just have to wait for that ..i was kind of expecting this so i'm not surprised ..just glad everything worked out !     When I came to the US I was 2 grades ahead of children in my age group, but they refused to place me in the 5th or 6th grade because I was young and new to the country so I had to sit there and learn thing I'd already knew. My first test in the US was to fill out the map of the US and list the capitals...it was so damn easy...and I was only 8 years old. So, I ended up disliking the school system here. Worse of all my brother and I had to take ESOL! :angry: -- we had a heavy british/jamaican accent and the teachers claimed they couldn't understand us... :angry:

    Most Americans can't do that Lawny....

    Thank You island..i was thinking about that..and thats probally whats gonna end up happening..i'm ot too sure ..but i rather be in the situation that having not been approved !!

    Exactly! I'm sure everything will work out fine, just have him keep working on getting the medical. Even if he can sneak through and the embassy issues the visa without the results, you still need it at the AOS stage.
