Just wanna ask if i have to still write down my school attended even if its only 2 years course, but I didnt even finished the one semester,, just one or two months I think.
do i still have to write it down or just dont put it anymore? I graduated a four year course aside from that,, Thanks for future replies...

I saw in another thread before that this lady (daisychain) also has a scar on her wrist and was put under psych evaluation in the Philippines, and that did not affect her K3 process nor brought up by the CO at the embassy. Here's the thread for you to see:

hi everyone, I am about to get over my two days medical procedure, but during the PE doctor sees my scar on wrist i was i referred to personal evaluation due to self inflicted scar on wrist, i was emotionally depressed last year during my annulment time. It was last year and i already overcome that problem. I am living happy now and me and fiance are just waiting for the time for us to get reunited again,,

and fortunately 
was sent to the Embassy just last week , January 13 of 2009. I dont think our prospect to have January Interview date is possible anymore. My fiance called the embassy 3 days after they got our case and then he found out its already in their system but didn`t send the eligibility letter yet , or didnt show eligible yet on their database and '' NO Go '' show on the computer yet according to what the call center operator said. We have to wait at least 2 weeks before we can schedule an Interview date, or just after it shows on their computer that the letter is already sent then we can call to schedule interview date again. Now i want to ask if its possible to call or email the embassy within that 2 weeks to be able to find out in advance if they already release my eligibility letter and that it shows on their system that i am already eligible before calling the Visa Information Services again. Who`s im gonna look for in the embassy? is it still Grace and Lorraine? Thanks VJers !!

If you go to the K1 forum there is a post entitled :" who have same date of my interview jan. 27 at USEM?, k1" It was made on Jan. 16th by marybeth. PM her but I bet she made the interview close to when she posted.
Her time line states "January 7, 2009 = USEM receive our papers" so it looks like there was a gap of around 9 days.
Yours was sent on Jan.13th. I am guessing your interview date will be set roughly 9 days from then. Expect a call around Jan. 22, I'd wait a week. I wouldn't worry too much. I hope it goes well for you. - J

Thanks for the reply. I didn`t wait I called this afternoon and then after 4 calls in the morning it seems busy but fortunately got to talked to someone there and told me our case is already on their database but have to wait for 2 days after today that would be friday but best on MOnday for sure. She said that i will be not getting a letter anymore(maybe the packet) and i ask about the eligibility letter, I just forget what she said. Nawala ang isip ko

thank you...il call tomorrow using my cp. Actually, cant call from here bcoz theres no smart and PLDT line here...only GLOBElines. Will try to call tomorrow and hope that I will have a good result. By the way, how did u know guys that embassy received already the papers from NVC? I havent received any, except letter from NVC containing my MNL case number. I still dont know if my papers are already now at embassy since I dont have update since December 27th. Thanks for the reply and Good Luck.

We found out when my fiance called the visa call center to set up an Interview date and find out our case is still in the NVC due to long holidays and then called up the NVC again and told us its already sent to the embassy but have to wait until our case shows eligible before calling to Set up Interview Date. And yes you can inquire calling the embassy number with the local number.

I tried to call the embassy this morning but seems busy i thought i called the wrong number. So, I did again this afternoon succesfully talked to someone( usem employee i think) I ask if my eligibility already appears in their system. I am a little nervous it makes me a little deaf i guess
She said that our case is already in their system as of today and told me to call after 2 working days and but best to call next week to be sure. She said they will not be sending letter anymore I can just download it on the website. I ask about the eligibility letter i just dont remember anymore what she said, I forgot due to my excitement. 
I want to know if it happends to you guys who also did the same thing on calling the embassy!?

Yep I was told to wait to weeks and call back the first time I called. I called a week later and got the interview set up. good luck.
Thank you guys for your answers. I appreciate it a lot. I tried to call today the number +632-3012000 and then the answering machine says if you know the extension number dial 7 so i dial the number 5184 and press # and its says that the operator is on the phone and try to call back later, and i did again the same thing with the extension number 5185 and it says the same thing to try to call back later.
what number did you use guys? did i dial the right numbers? Thanks again,

here's my very own experience at st. luke's extension clinic aka SLEC.
december 15, 2008
arrived at SLEC at 7am. guards checked my NVC letter, appointment letter and passport. told me to have the NVC letter and appointment letter photocopied. went across the street to have this done.
tip: do not listen to people outside telling you what to do. if you have a question, ask the guards or any SLEC employee.
returned to the guards and gave them the photocopies. told the guard i was a K1 applicant.
he gave me the personal data sheet form to fill up, gave me a priority number and stamped my hand with the SLEC seal.
filled up the forms.
tip: black ballpen. dont forget!
went up to the reception, had my picture taken for SLEC security purposes.
SLEC people checked my papers. then told go to pay the fee. it was 10, 454.50. might change day to day.
tip: bring pesos. dollars not accepted.
then off to the xray department. handed over the forms. waited for my name to be called. xray done.
next was the blood test.
gave my papers to SLEC people. they had me sign a waiver and wait to be called in for a blood test.
next step was the vital signs. the longest of all procedures.
tip: since this one takes a long time in between, its a good time to grab a bite. if you have food, eat. but dont let the guards catch you. if you have to leave the premises, ask the people in the counter if you have time to run out and get lunch or brunch. i brought a sandwich with me but had to duck when the guard drops by. i didnt want to go out and miss my name being called. oh and bring a bottle of water!
so my name was called for height and weight records.
another long wait, then eye exam.
another very long wait, vital signs.
another horrible long wait, time for physical exam where you have to disrobe completely for a doctor to examine you.
once approved, i moved on to the immunization area. was interviewed for the vaccinations i had done.
tip: bring your records if you have one. if not, get a note from your doctor. if they ask you if you want your extra immunizations at SLEC or in the US, always say you want SLEC to provide them because that is included with the fee. you paid for those immunizations. and its probably gonna be really expensive if you get them in the US.
i was told to come back the next day for my immunization vaccines and for releasing. time check: 4:30pm.
december 16, 2008
as written on the forms, 1:30pm appointment at the immunization area. went to the counter and gave them my forms.
a long wait again for my name to be called. very long wait. im talking 2 - 3 hours of waiting.
tip: again, bring snacks. i had cookies to discreetly munch on. and a bottle of water to keep me sane from the dreadful long wait.
named called. immunizations done. i had three shots. ouch.
was told to go to ground floor for releasing. so i passed!
waited again for my name, which again took a long time. went up to the counter when called, listened to last few instructions left. and was told all my papers will be forwarded to the embassy in preparation for my interview.
mission accomplished. time check: 5pm.
last few tips:
always ask guards what the heck is going on. if you ask the person next to you, chances are he or she is applying for new zealand, australia or canada. or might be as clueless as you. or maybe a US applicant but in another category. if you must, ask the people you think are on the same file. like ask a fellow k1 applicant so you would not be so lost after all.
bring extra 2x2 pics. i left mine at the hotel on the second day and they asked for it at the releasing counter. luckily, the told me i could bring them to the embassy and submit the photos there.
have an extra photocopy of the appointment letter for them at the releasing counter. this i forgot. but then again, i was told to i could submit them at the day of my interview at the USEM.
bring a coat. the airconditioning could be very cold at some floors.
bring water.
bring snacks.
i would suggest not to bring a book or an ipod or anything. cos you have to attentively listen for your name. and SLEC's paging system isnt the best. you might miss your name called while listening to music or reading an interesting book. just stay awake.
tell the truth. some applicants lied about things - example... last time one had sex. that can be determined at the physical exam. and frankly, why lie? but i dunno. one applicant was told to come back after a month when the doctor found out she had sexual contact that day.
do not go to SLEC if you have your period.
recall the latest date you had your menstrual cycle. if you dont remember, make a really good guess. dont make it up though, they will still know in a way.
wear comfortable clothes. do not wear heels. you have to run up and down the stairs.
do not bring your fiance to SLEC. well you can, but they cant go inside. no one can go in, only applicants. so ask your mom, friend, fiance or family, etc to wait for you at the hotel or at the mall or somewhere else. but not along the humid and dusty streets outside SLEC. remember, its a whole day wait. make that two days.
on a scale of one to ten. ten being the highest. it was a 7 for me.
the waiting was terrible, but once youre called, they get on it right away.
theyre clean. they know what theyre doing.
place is packed always but chairs are sufficient enough to let everyone sit.
SLEC people are not so nice really. some look strict or mean. but for the benefit of the doubt, tired with probably over 100 applicants a day, i wouldnt be the friendliest too.
i guess thats it. im glad i passed.

I was already planning to book a ticket for Manila on the 17th today and goodness..!! The tickets costs 8,500+! Can't really believe it. So, I ended up not buying one. BOO!!

Thank you guys !!! We are busy preparing for the medical and interview now, My Sweety already got the hardcopy of NOA2 and Notification Letter from the NVC. I am just waiting now for the Letter Of Eligibility from US Embassy, and soon we can then call to schedule an appoinment. I am excited about my medical and Interview. I am so, so happy today when i checked my yahoomail this morning and looked at my inbox and I got a letter from C.R.I.S. USCIS that says " On December 1, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).
. Wow, I am surprised and Excited and told my Sweety Pie immediately about the Great news.. We are so happy and also after being approved we got a touched dated December 2,2008.. Its been a wonderful Day today for this great news...We are so exicited and keep preparing for the next step,,

We would like to thanks VisaJourney for guiding us in orderly filling K-1 Visa Petition. We have done it correctly, after awhile of preparing to send it. And the fact of getting the NOA1 in our mailbox and being touched for the first time in USCIS Case Status Online is a great feeling But Much more Intense Happiness would be it be to get the NOA2 very soon and be touch again and to get done with K-1 process and be with our Loves ones finally and permanently. We really missed each other its been almost 5 months now since the last time we`re together...

Hi, I just got annulled also and i did submit all my papers regarding my annullment case to the local civil registrar and forward to the NSO.

I just got my visa finally after one month of waiting after my interview on March 13th of 2009,,, Thanks to all my friends here that helped me and give inspirational words of support specially PrettyFlower, Krizzie, Tina, barenaked and Rossine, and those that i met during my Medical and Interview who became my friends, Thank you guys and God bless. I will update my timeline later...
