and these days the K1 and CR1 are taking about the same time (18 months to 2 years)

You mentioned that the AOS is expected to to go up from $1225 to $2820, where did you see that?  In this chart it says it might go up to $1540

My fiance and i filled the application a couple of weeks ago.

There is a part where we get asked if I, the beneficiary, have ever been in the US, i said yes because live in a border town and constantly go to the US in my car.

Where i'm confused is that they ask for the I-94 record but only if i am currently in the US which i'm not. Should i send in a copy of my last I-94 anyway?
