  1. Yes, I've received interview letter and yes I'm in the process for IR1 Visa(more than 2 years married). I will post timeline later. I only need answer how to register the appointment and why is written DS-160 as I filled DS-260 for IR1 visa. I assume that the correct way is like I print screened it, but if there is someone that has done it recently Ill appreciate the advice. Thanks a lot.
  2. Good day Team, I've got my appointment letter from NVC, for November. I'm trying to register my appointment online as its written bellow. Then clicked Register and it brings me to https://www.ustraveldocs.com I choose An Immigrant Visa, and after i signed up on Visa Login. And I arrived at the bellow page. Now, what's confusing is that in the Notes an instructions is written DS-160 and I'm registering for IR1 visa. Is this a mistake or? Now, when i go to Start Application it ask me following. Ill fill out the form and submit it, but i just wanted to know is this all i have to do? Thanks a lot really excited about the interview and finally living with my wife.
  3. Thank you, I just saw that thread. Will wait when we get RFE in in the mail and will let you know.
  4. Hey everyone, We got today a notification that USCIS sent a Request for Initial Evidence (RFE) for our I-130 . I'm still waiting for the letter, so I don’t know what they’re asking for yet. Has anyone else recently received an RFE at this stage? If so, what was it for? Just trying to get an idea of what to expect. Thanks in advance!
  5. I am still hesitant to go, I would like to spend some time with my wife in the US but I am still unaware what are the consequences if they don't allow me to enter US for whatever reason if I decide to go? It is really frustrating when you really want to see your spouse and you have b1b2 visa but you are not guaranteed to enter US
  6. I am aware of that, So to make things clear. C1D visa is my crewmember visa that serves to join the ship and to work on a ship. B1B2 is tourist visa that main purpose is visit US not work. Totally aware of this. But my question is. Taking in consideration that I'm in the Spouse visa process, can I see my wife for a few days on my B1B2 visa(only few days as I have to go back home and work on a cruise later in April)?
  7. Thanks for reply, She was here in Serbia last week for a few days but she is the one that has regular job and it will be more convenient for me to go there for a few days before joining the cruise. I will join cruise ship next month but have anxiety going to US as I don't want to be denied and possible lose my b1/b2 and c1d visa as c1d visa is my working visa for cruise. And also I don't want to mess up my spouse visa application. Can anyone tell me what's the worst case scenario ? Please advise.
  8. Very good day, I'm writing from Serbia and my future wife is US citizen. We are planning to get married in Serbia next week. I am working on the cruise ship and we met 7 months ago, we love each other, she was several times on the cruise and she is planning to come to Serbia. I got new contract to join ship in Alaska on my c1d visa. The plan is to get married and that we start process regarding marriage Green card CR-1. The question is : Can I work on the cruise ship during that processing time? i mean would I have any potential issues joining the ship and I just have C1D visa? I'm not planning to stay in us, I just want to work during that time and when the process is done i will then go there.
