If you want to find out what's going on I would definitely recommend going to an infopass!!!

I mean I cannot assure you that they will give you information but they for sure at least CAN (not like the call center people). They can see whether your case is stuck somewhere or not.

You can make an appointment online really easy for like a few days in advance.

So at the minimal time they should of recieved it its gota be over a mONTH Now.....I will try call the CSC number tmmrw to see what the deal is .....does anyone know the number to call outside the US? We phoned our lawyer yesterday to ask him to get in touch with USCIS or put an enquiry in. I checked the CIS website today and we've had a touch! The first one since October 2nd.

Being the pescimist that I am, I daren't get my hopes up but fingers crossed! We're on 6.5 months now so it's not good! If we don't hear anything in the next few days then the Senator will be the next step.

I Hope all of you get some news soon. Zoe & Hal, Wendy & Greger, Panterchen & of course crazy Emma from Oz who should be enjoying her time with her man in the US as we speak!! Looks like she got through immigration as she's not posted on here for a few days.

All the while i was stuck in hospital no changes or updates on my RFE......come on i at least deserved a little bit of info even a touch lol! Emma, when did USCIS actually receive your RFE? They've had ours since 16 Oct. and our case is still pending... and I try to understand why most of the RFEd guys get approved immediately and not us?

We sent a ton of stuff before - photos, plane tickets, ring reciept... guess they must've lost it or something.... i really don't get what else they could be looking for. this time we just put it all together in one huge document with a zillion photos and affadavits from friends and family... i really hope it's enough for them now!

its true sometimes things get lost and people have to send it again but the good news is u know they are adjudicating ur case and as soon as they get the stuff u will prolly get approved

I'm glad in a way that there are still some of us 6 months+ still out there to encourage each other. The thought that we could be in a separate pile on a desk really, really winds me up! To me our case is straight forward. No kids, no previous divorce, I'm from uk (which I didn't think was a high risk country!) #######!!! I have to keep telling myself to chill out!

But then I think of Sara. This is so awful for you & I will be thinking of you this weekend. Please don't worry too much. I can't imagine what you're going through, except that you must've gone totally grey by now.

Emma, no word on the RFE yet, still waiting for the lawyer to get back to us with details. When I spoke to him Thursday, he thought that we'd need to provide more evidence of our relationship. We've already sent in photos, passport copies of the stamps for our visits, phone bills, plane tickets... Other than our names signed in blood, I really can't imagine what they'd want from us..... Just got to wait I guess until we get the letter... I'm getting good at waiting..... It seems to be all I do.....

HEY ZOE I Woudnt worry if you included all that evidence! I WOuld say you sound pretty much covered in that area. I got told it could be something simple as not putting N/A on a question! I think yours will be something silly like that! Hmmm but maybe you should start drawING out the blood just incase! hahaha! I cant believe they havnt got back to us as yet! I mean come on it should go straight back to the person who asked for the RFE so they can hurry up and get on with it! I think im going to go for a job there and set them all straight! Talk about FRUSTRATIONNNNNNNNNN! ARRRHHH! lol

i just saw a csc filer that was noa1 on oct 1st get their noa2 they expedited because of military i have to say i think that is the fastest i ever saw any file expedited coming out of csc ........soooo maybe csc is getting its act together finally

My wife just arrived for the holidays, we're at the NOA1 stage still. This is her second trip to the states while waiting for our conditional permanent residency. Both trips were just on a regular 90 day tourist visa granted at the POE. She came via LA from Sydney (not that it helps you).

The first time, we had a whole bunch of supporting documentation to prove she was returning beyond a return ticket, like a doctor's appointment and a letter from her employer. This time we had much less, but the customs agent didn't even ask anything.

im sorry worried u guys.......my attorney had his assistant call me yesterday to tell me he will meet with me by phone on tues at 2:00.....what can he tell me by phone he cant tell me by email........only four things........either he want out of the case its too much problem......, we got denied and we just dont know it...., we got noa2 and he wants to tell us what to do next........or he wants us to come up with five thousand to sue csc for a answer to our petition my blood pressure already so high and now im so worried what does he want why is he calling now i been sending him emails for the past three weeks and no answer from him now this.................................

So they must have put that in a separate pile, under people that were flagged before us, then started all over again. We sent everything, photos, plane tickets, ring reciept, passport copies. We had a lawyer sort out our forms (big mistake) so I just don't know what on earth they could want.....

I'm sorry to moan, I know some people have waited way longer than us, I'm just really shocked that they could want anything else from us.... At least it looks like they've made it on to us May filers still waiting - they must've been sitting in a box somewhere all together so I'm sure the approvals will now start rolling in...

IF THEY GOT IT AND what the VERDICT IS! I thought i would of heard back sooner but no word as yet. from me they wanted pictures with dates on them. But i never included any pictures in the application. So now waiting and waiting..doin my head in:(
