    Yes, I have an amazing Attorney Peter Williamson out of Houston Texas. He got me out of all this. Mines at 16 days. they are really behind right now normally folks were getting interviews in 2-3 weeks. the reason why a lot of us are waiting we are waiting for background checks to be conducted they are not complete. FBI Name Check.

    The officer made a mistake and denied me. I been in America since I was 9 months old. I went to prison got out went to ICE for a year incarcerated for 3 years total. I won cancellation of removal from judge, the DHS attorney appealed the judges decision I won again in appeals court BIA as well. I got released. last decision they stated i was incarcerated during my 5 year period they made a mistake and didn’t calculate my time properly nor did they send a RFE or NOID did not follow policy manual. Been dealing with this for over 25 years so we refilled, n336 do not have time limits. with intentions of getting a interview faster vs n336 this is my 3rd time applying N400

    I believe Holidays are Playing a big role in waiting times. Alot of Folks usually take their Holidays are this time of the year.
