So, we got the NOA, we got biometrics, we even got the letter saying approved. But no card. No update on the web page. We sent everything to California Service Center, what is strange is that the approval letter came from the SF office, but no card and it's been 60 days since approval. We have appointment tomorrow since the 800 number does not have any info. Strange...strange...strange.

Question: We filed at Laguna Niguel, approval letter came from SF office, and card has not arrived yet. Where did you approval letter come from?

We got approved Aug 1, 2007 but no update online and card has not arrived, do you guys think any reason to panic? We have approval letter. Card I guess will come from SF office, that is where approval if from, rather than Laguna Niguel, that is the only strange thing.

June 5th our app arrived at CSC, notice of approval and card ordered dated August 1st. What is strange no case updates or email notifications. The case online was frozen for days, still is even though we got the approval letter.
Basically less than two months for approval, card should be here anyday from what others say. Wow, after our ordeal the firs time, it's great to see things move.
Best wishes to others.

Here's hoping my case that was touched last July 10 is hung up cause the person is on vacation, yeah...right, it's summer, people go on vacations.

Ugh....that may be aggravating we did the Biometrics on the 10th of July still waiting and I see lots of speedy approvals. Hope that things are moving soon. Last time we were moving along, with the 130, then they lost our whole file and it took an extra year.
Long Story
in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion

Last year, we applied for the Removal of Conditions. Things went smoothly. We got the approval August 2007, everything processed in 3 months. Perfect.
A couple of glitches: the online system was not updated and we never go the Green card. We waited and waited and did an infopass appointment. Oh, yeah, everything was fine, they stamped the passport and told us to wait. Well we went again in February. Oh, they just forgot to order the card they will email Laguna Niguel no problem. Meanwhile we travelled and got back fine.
April and still no word. I write to the SF Office and get a form letter basically saying, just go online and wait. Needles to say that made us despondent. Next day we got a letter, "we wrote Laguna Niguel" they are ordering card. Two weeks later we get email card ordered. Yesterday, card arrived.
This of course was a great ending since in the first step for the Visa, we waited a whole year with no word, they lost the file.
So, keep the faith. And letters at the right time to the right person work.
