My parents interview schedules on 4ht june.......i called NVC 2 days ago and she said NVC already sent latter to me in US and my parents to INDIA.

Yes ......just send your husband all the copies u sent with I-864........they will ask to compare all documents.

According to me ,At the time of interview your husband need following

1. Sponcership papers (I-864) ......May be they can ask

2. your job latter from US employer

3 your bank latter from US bank

4. your last 3 years W-2

5. your birth certificate

6. your merriage certificate ....to show relationship with your husband

7. your US Natulization Certificate COpy

8. your US Passport biographic copy

some of are not must required but thay can ask for it......Be on safe side.

I file for my parents in india and already scheduled for interview on 4th June.

Along with DS-230, U need to submit followinf documnets. Don't even listen this indian agents (they dont' even know anything......Dumb people)

I think we know more then these dumb and stupid agents in india.

Documnets to sent with DS-230 to NVC

1. DS-230 Part 1 and Part-2 (Don't sign part-2)

2. 2 Passport Pictures (2X2)

3. Passport Biographic page.

4. Beneficiary's original birth certificate

5. Beneficiary original merriage certificate

6. PCC from regional passport office. (Must be original)

7. PCC from local police station (Nust be original)

i sent above documents for my parents along with DS-230 to NVC and Case was completed within a week without any problem.

DS-230 Entered in syatem on 31st March. so it took 9 days to complete DS-230 to complate. so now case is all done.

My case completed on April 9th according to NVC automated system.

I can take a breath now.........finally done

so now i am waiting for transfer case to US Embassy at Bombay,India

I filed for my parents in india (IR5) category. My consulate is Bombay,India

My question is Who will send interview latter for IR5 category ? NVC or US Embassy in india?

Do NVC send interview latter to me or US Embassy from Bombay send latter to my parents in india?

1........Do i need to send all 3 pages(Checklist received from NVC) or Just page with bog font and barcode?

Do we need to send original PCC(Police clerance Certificate from Local Police sattion and Passport office)? or Notarized copy is Ok?

And we also need to send one original and one copy for each certificate?

and yes you must need to write case number on each page( operator tols me that)

i called NVC to ask about to send all the original certificate and he said we must need to send all the original with DS-230 Part 1 and Part-2 along with PCC, 2 Pictures along with Passport bio page.

but my question is if we send all the original to NVC at the time of DS-230 so how can we present original again at VFS to submit for interview?

I just want to clarify - a certified copy is ok, but they are not talking about a 'photocopy' they want the original that you get from the Government issuing office.

Anyway, that list looks to be complete. Just remember to send the original + 1 photocopy of each document
