Okay so i made a lil error...when we were living with my mother in 2008 i used her address for USCIS...a few months after that we moved into our own place but did not receive mail at the new house so i never notified of an adress change and kept getting our mail at my mother's house. We recently moved into our second house and i just made the address change online.

So Im getting things together for the I751.

We did our I485 in 2008 and me and my husband were living with my mother and stepdad and used his income in the application.

A few months after that we have been living on our own and using my husbands income. Would we need to report the changes? do i need to do anything

I wouldnt rely on the system I just received my welcome letter and green card and i never got an email and the status on USCIS still hasnt changed.

Did you send in the w2 or the actual tax transcript?

I got a RFE for the I-864 also and it was because I just sent the w-2's so I called the # that you can get from the IRS website and requested for the transcipts and received the them about 10 days later..

My fiance received his Medical Exam in Ciudad Juarez,Mexico they never gave him any type of copies..all we have are his vaccination records from Mexico of his childhood..

My question is would those records be suitable enough for the Civil Surgeon?

And also in Juarez he never received any vaccinations just the medical exam

What should we do?

Anyone's advice who went through the Juarez Consulate?

OKAY SO WE HAVE OUR INTERVIEW ON APRIL 11 IN JUAREZ..HERE IS THE PROBLEM I BELIEVE THEY MIGHT DENY US BECAUSE MY FINACE WAS IN THE US ILLEGAL FOR 7 YEARS AND WAS SENT BACK TO MEXICO AT THE AGE OF 18 WITH A VOLUNTEER DEPARTURE..SINCE THAN IT HAS BEEN 2 YEARS 1 MONTH..I AM ALSO 6 MONTHS PREGNANT!
