You wont get the tax return back I think..You neednt to file it when you petition..just use it in interview..

Where it states "(If self-employed, I have attached a copy of my last income tax return or report of commercial rating concern which I certify to be true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. See instructions for nature of evidence of net worth to be submitted.)." Should this be what the gross income is on the income tax? Additionally, should the others be filled in on number 7 even if you have no significant bank account or ownership of personal property as well as for life insurance? For example, would this be filled in with simply $0.00?

It's still early..I've done nothing after recieving the NOA2..there are someone advise that we can prepare the evidence to prove our sincere relationship and tex return to support the sponsor ...

I've heard of that case years ago...now again..

I think you may get married, then apply for CR1 in Jakarta(not in the US)when waiting the visa you can't move to the US..Anther kind of the CR1 is the case that you apply for it in the US... by the way ,how long will your contract last..and K3 is one of the steps in the apply for CR1...

I was still single until May of the last year, but that guy(now is my fiance) suddenly called me and said that he had excused me..days back to 3years ago, he misundered me for dating with another guy and disapeared after then..cus I'm a shy girl so I did't catch with him until last May when geting his calling..I explained and we compromised now.. I can't believe when seeing the hope that we can get together after broke up for 2years..

Now there are two optional:

1 you can get married, then you can start apply for CRI,K3,but your wife can't go with you to the US when your contract in Jakarta is over.

2 or you can apply for national CRI in Jakarta as soon as possible, hoping that you will be approved when your contract in Jakarta is over.Then you two can start for the US together.

Your mum can cosponsor for you,and the evidences at the interview including the photos of you two, the lists of photo call, the prints of your chating massage,email on line..an so on..
