Does the immigrant have to live with the sponsor if the husband is still incarcerated? 4. Can the immigrant live in the US with her B2 visa after marriage, and does she have to file for a I-130 asap? 5. If the US citizen is incarcerated, who pays for the filing fees? 6. What exact forms do we need to file on a B2 visa? (after marriage)? 7. How does does it take if we get married in the prison? 8. Do I need to file I-864 with I-130 together? Thanks
