hi Suri,
passport copies are not required....
as long as you don't travel outside the US then you don't need a passport. Just take your expired one if you have any travel entry/exit boarder stamps on it....
Hi v33k,
Thank you so much.
I also do not need new passport for applying naturalization, right! I would like to make sure it. Just use expired passport!!!
Sorry a little bit my confusion

Thank you all very much, I understood on applying I-175 without copy of passport but I do not clear
You will need a passport for naturalization, should you decide to go that route. Yet your expired passport is all you need. They only need to see it in order to check on whether you fulfill the residency requirement, i.e., on when you left the US and for how long.
You mean I will still need to apply new passport for naturalization application in the future!!!. Could I use my expired passport if they ask me in case I do not go out the US during now and that time?
Everyone has experience on this, please share with me
Thanks,
Suri

Hi all,
I am filling I-175 but my passport expired 1 months ago. Do I need to copy my passport for I-175 document?
I read I-175 instruction, I did not see they require copy of passport. When I read this forum on I-175 General Topic, many people send copy of their passport.
Please tell me about that.
Thanks you so much,
Suri

Hi everyone,
I am F1 student, I got married with US citizen, my April AOS is pending in NSC. I got EAD and AP. I hope I will receive Green Card soon in this summer.
I would like to ask about tuition and fee for next year. Will I pay tuition and fee as resident student in the next year or still pay tuition and fee as international student until one year after I got Green Card
Anyone has experience on this, please tell me about this.
Thank you so much,

Hi,
Thank you very much,
• The USC spouse needs to fill out and mail an I-865.
When my husband fill I-865, do you know where to send it while my case is pending in National Benefit Center or we send to location in the instruction. New address is in California, that mean is will send to California, right!!! or old address in Seattle.
Thank you.

Hi Everybody,
I applied AOS from F1 student and my case is pending in National Benefit Center. I just done biometric in Seattle so my case will take so long time more to get green card. Now I and my husband move to another state. We are living in Seattle and we will move to California next week. So we must to change our new address in California.
I would like to ask somebody who have experience on how to change address while the case is pending and where we submit the form to change address.
The second one, if we move to California how about where we will have interview Seattle or California.
Please tell me what I can do to change address for both of us and where we will have interview if we change address from Seattle to California.
Thank you so much,
Suri

Hi everybody,
I would like to ask someone who know about how to join tax for AOS. I am international student with F1 visa. I am studying US by scholarship (including tuition and fee, living cost, insurance). I married with US Citizen. Now we are filling AOS. My husband are doing with tax 2007. My husband want to put my name in the fax form but I do not have Social Security Number and I do not have income (only scholarship) but he still support me because my scholarship is limited.

Hi everybody,
I am filling for AOS. For form I-130 they require Birth certificate, Naturalization certificate, unexpired passport for US zitizen. My husband is US citizen, he has Naturalization certificate. Do I need to send his passport? because my husband passport is unvalid, he has not expire yet.
My question: Do we need to send passport of US citizen or only need Naturalization certificate.
Thank you so much.
