I am in the US. His passport expired. He is abroad.

My son is 10. He’s never been to the US as of yet. He has a US passport, but expired. I tried to apply for a SS # but they want an I expired passport. Embassies are not open for passport services. Any idea as to how to get a SS# for my son?

I am an American. I have been married for 10 yrs. My wife is from Morocco. We have a child together. I got him his US passport at the US Embassy in Morocco. I have been working in Saudi Arabia and my wife has never been to the US.
I am returning to the US and want my wife and son to reside with me.
Which visa should I apply for and can I get her to the US on a visit visa while waiting ?

Anyway to get her here to visit in the meantime?

I am a natural born American. I got married in Morocco about 10 yrs ago. My wife and I have a son who is 6. They both reside in Morocco. My son was issued a US passport. Neither have been to the USA as I have been working in Kuwait for some years.
Question: should I apply for a tourist visa at the embassy for her or should I apply for immigration? I'm seeking the fastest way to get my wife to the US.

I had no idea option #2 would be fraud. Thanks for informing me. So, what visa should I apply for? Can I also apply for a visit visa in the mean time?

I am an American, I have been married to my Moroccan wife for 7 years. We have a son, who was born in Morocco. He is 5 years old. He got his US passport issued in Morocco.
I work in Kuwait and travel every few months to Morocco. I will be soon returning home to the US for good. I want to get my wife and son to the US with me.
What is the best way to proceed: ( fastest)
1- apply for a visit visa and then once in the US apply for an immigration visa;
2- apply for an immigration visa now?

I'm an American . I have been married to a Moroccan lady since 2006. We have a 2 yrs old son. I was working in Iraq, now we are ready to move to the US. What type of visa should I apply for my wife that is the quickest? Obviously, my son will not need a visa.

I’m an American. My wife is Moroccan and we have a son who has his US passport. I want to get my wife her ASAP.
What is the best way? Visit visa or K visa? Once here I’d like to apply for her immigration visa.
For either, do I apply for her here in the US or does she apply at the embassy in Morocco?
