First time DUI is ok, It's just that if it happens twice then you'll have issues with the USCIS.

All I can say is thank god I had the CSC as my service Center, My timeline was:
10/15/2007 Received
11/14/2007 Biometrics
2/22/2008 Card ordered
I want to thank everyone on here for their support and I will continue to cruise around on here as I want to pay some of that back by supporting other people on here, I really feel for the folks that are at the Nebraska and other places and I pray that you get the same message soon.
God bless you all!

Just read your 751 timeline James, feel for you there my friend, no disrespect, but I hope my CSC case doesn't end up like yours, there's just no excuse for that sort of wait.

I cannot belive that people have been waiting over a year for this, Is it mostly folks from outside the CSC from other service centers?
I thought my case dragging after all it's been 4 months sitting at the CSC.

Been in the system at CSC for around 4 months now, I know folks say that the CSC is faster, but it only seems to be faster when they are dealing with cases that have been transferred there from other centers, Guess I'll soon find out lol.

These timelines are really giving me hope that my personal walk through this 751 business will soon be at an end, Been at the CSC since Oct 07, bios done on the 14th November and going by the CSC timelines on here, it looks I will finally be out of the system soon.
God bless everyone and good luck to you all!

That's great news and a real moral boost to me! I've been hanging at the CSC since Oct 07, Had the bio stuff done on the 11/14 and so I'm really starting to belive my journey will soon be over, I keep reading about how good the CSC is compared to other places and this is what keeps me going!

Hi everyone
Just logged on here and Looking for anyone out there that's in the same boat as me!
Filed my I-751 on Sept 07, recived by them on the 15th Oct 07, Done the biometrics on the 14th November and my case is at the CSC.
Does anyone have any idea on how much longer I have to go? I'm hearing that the CSC is supposed to be quick in these things and I have March as hopefully my approval timeline!
Mine is very similar to yours. My NOA is dated 9/18 and biometrics on 11/8 and still waiting.
Telling you, there is no science to all this, I also don't belice those waiting times either, they just do it when they get round to it

Hawco,
Did you file your I-751 originally at CSC or was it just transferred there?
Also, please confirm that your AOS was approved without interview.
Thanks!
Yeah, I filed there originally and also got the AOS with no interview!

No offense taken, I find that personal experience more than makes up for some wise words from an Attorney, I got a first time DUI last year and I got approved with no interview etc.
