  1. Hi all,pls would appreciate if anyone can give me the best info and how to handle vaccination with respect to AOS.

I did my medicals in Uk and the vaccines i had were MMR and TD.I had chickenpox in the past and the doctor noted it.I have been going through various post in the AOS forum and i am not very clear on how i should handle the vaccination issue.

I never had the TB skin test though had Chest x-ray and have noticed a few making reference to TB skin test.I also was not given Hepatitis B vaccine even though i had the complete dose some years back but no document to show that.I also noticed that some did not contact any civil surgeon, they only submitted the vaccination sheet from the panel physician.

So based on the vaccines i had --mmr & Td. What would be my best line of action?

    Thanks for your help.

  4. Thank you guys.Arrived US safely yesterday.POE was Houston so have a post there. It was smooth and the guys there were nice.

Need to go through AOS section now so i can move on.Wish all those awaiting their interviews all the best. Pls for those residing in uk and you have lived somewhere in the past requiring police report, ensure you do a UK police certified finger print if that country requires finger prints in their police report. That is what the US embassy will accept.Lack of that knowledge added 4 wks to my processing time cos i had to do another police report(uk police certified finger prints) from where i had lived in the past.

  6. hi,i did mine today and it was straight forward. If you have your immunization record then you will pay just 170 quid cos that is what i paid. Thanks to those who have given guidiance with respect to medicals cos with that i went to my GP surgery this am and got MMR AND DPT so did not have to pay extra 60 quid cos the doctor told me i would have paid that if i had no record.Dont know if you know the area ,but one important landmark once you come out of bond street station is debenhams. You will see the building once you cross to the other side of the road.Just locate marylebone lane it is by the side of Debenhams .Go to the back of Debenhams via the marylebone lane and you will see welbeck st,walk down welbeck and you will see wigmore street,go down wigmore street and you will see holiday inn, bentinck street is just by the side of the holiday inn. From there you will locate the building. Thanks to all that have posted on medicals in the past.God bless.
