HELLO EVERYONE..I received an e-mail from USCIS/CSC/today saying that our I129 F was approved and I want to share my happiness with you:)After more than 7 months of waiting...finally approved

I would like to thank all of you for your support,for the information you share on this forum (F) /I spent a lot of time here reading :)/ ..you are amazing and I wish good luck to all of you with all my heart

Now I will fill my timeline so you can see my dates .

hey i thought it only took 2 months for first approval letter....how come it took 7 months in ur case?

You must be new here The processing dates are different depending on which center you filed your petition.

It can be less than 2 months at Vermont's and more than 7 at California's.

NOA2---03-05-2008 Approval notice sent the same day at 1.15 p.m. :)less than an hour apart )

Dear Chris you are so sweet,I agree with you its unfair but there isn't anything we can do about it...it is the GOVERNMENT.I am so upset I sent my petition to CSC on July 2008 and still waiting for the approval or denying ,so just be patient don't freak out yet the process just began for you. And rally hope that the process will get shorter in the future .Wish you good luck :)keep us posted

I sent RFE to CSC on Feb 11,2008 and our I129 F hasn't been touched after that

I mailed my I-129 F to CSC on July 23, 2007 , NOA1 hard copy was dated August 16,2007 and I received RFE on Jan 28 ,2008 on the e-mail...and still waiting for any further indication of movement Hope this is helpful

Sorry ,English is a second language for me ...The" Request for evidence" was that we have met in person within the last 2 years.I sent with the petition only pictures,I thought that was enough,but it wasn't.For G-325 A I didn't send them exactly 1,2,3,4 pages,I made copies of one page :(I didn't notice the difference .I have been waiting for 7 months already and I don't think is fair to receive RFE one by one ).They have to checks everything carefully I think and submit their requests at ones.

I sent USCIS 3 copies of the 1 st page of G 325,I received RFE 2 weeks ago ,but is was for something else/R for E that we met in person .../I hope they checked my papers carefully and wont send me another request...it will delay our case forever...But as somebody said you never know what to expect from them

Yes,I think I sent them enough evidence but you never know (( I just have to wait ,but it is killing me (I thought that if USCIS approves your I-129F petition your finance most certainly will get a visa at the Consulate,but after I red all of the above I am scared now:(

Hi everyone!

After I red all this I started worried for myself .I stated in my K1 application,that my finance and I met 10 years ago.That was true,but we fell in love 2 years ago and decided to get married.I don't have any proof of relationship before that time,but I have 1000 of evidences for the past 2 years.They sent me a RFE requesting for evidence of meeting for the past 2 years,no longer than that.If in the application was a statement said that they need a evidence from the time we met I would not stated that we met 10 year ago,because I can't prove it .

Do you think I have to worry?

Hello all,I just got my letter .It is for initial evidence request .I have a passport stamps,that show I flew to Germany with dates and everything,so / forgive me my stupidity/:))but this is a proof that I was there,but not a proof that we met,I think.Do you think if I submit the secondary evidence-ticket plus pictures will help?

BUT I JUST REMEMBER, WHEN I WAS IN EUROPE WE WENT TO A MARRIAGE BUREAU AND MADE UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR MARRIAGE,SO I KEPT THE PAPER.DO YOU THINK IT WILL HELP?

....I filled the I-129F 7 mounts ago,and finally I received an e-mail,that says they sent me a letter 3 days ago for RFE.I havent gotten the letter yet. I am so upset,I met my finance 10 years ago,but I didnt know I was going to marry him...The application says to send a proof of meeting for the last 2 years,and I did send some pictures.Do you think they will ask for something before that time.I know, I have to see the letter first,but I am so desperate and upset .Thank you for your time!Good luck
