It appears the VSC is not quite as fast as the CSC. Is it this way in other months as well? We've had no touches since biometrics on Aug 5.

In Atlanta they don't allow anyone in but the person with the appointment and their translator, if necessary. My husband was just there yesterday.

We made copies of our photos, 2 or 3 to a page, and only did maybe 5 or 6 pages? You could always do that. I would be worried you may not get the photos back.

I am getting all of our stuff ready to send off for our ROC but am unsure about whether or not we need to include passport size photos of my husband? Any need for this?

Thanks everyone, I panicked but it appears we will be okay as long as we are honest.

Any news on this? We did the same thing, and my husbands address has been my parents, and now we are preparing to remove his conditions and we realized that we hadn't changed it. So we changed his but I haven't done the 865 yet. Will call the service center tomorrow but I am freaking out.

When we received my husbands conditional green card we used my parents address for all the forms. We have since bought a house, but they still have my parents address on file. Since we are sending in info that shows we own a house together, and all of our statements have our current address on it, do we need to send in another form with it for a change of address? I tried to find on here but couldn't, so my apologies if this has been asked before!

We are just starting the process to remove the conditions from my husbands green card, and I want to make sure we have everything possible!
We have a child, so we will send his birth certificate. We own a house together, have joint taxes, bank account, and Charles Schwab accounts. We have plenty of pictures. We have a credit card together as well. I think all of our utilities are in my name, unfortunately, since he was unable to sign up for them when we moved over from England. I want to include 2 to 3 affadavits but don't know what they should say, and saw that there some samples on here but can't find them! Any help? Oh, and lots of pictures.

My fiance sorta got into some confusion over the Tdap and this is what I learned about it.
Tdap--in the US it is a newish shot for adolescents and adults. The capital T means it's heavy on the Tetnus and low dose(lower case) on the diptheria and acellur pertussis. That's because DTaP (note the capitals-big doses) was causing some problems for older people.
That drug isn't even available in the UK. But in the UK, what they call Tdap and is the standard baby/child shot also includes polio.
Confusing huh?
Most people take a shot record in to show proof so they will write it on the government form. If your fiance doesn't have a shot record, he can get shots at Knightsbridge or talk to them about having chicken pox, etc. He doesn't have to have the whole immunization list to enter the US. The Knightsbridge doctor will note what he has. He has to have everything to adjust status, so he can get anything missing in the US.
Lots of people like to get it all done before because often it's free at NHS and a copy of that completed shot page can be mailed in with AOS and no further medical exam is required. Do you recall reading posts about trying to get an approved immigration doctor to fill out the shot record I-693A in the US and people were complaining because they would only do that with the whole physical and several hundred dollars. Some found docs to do that form and some didn't. So you skip that hassel if you get the form I-693A completed in England. But your fiance will be fine without having everything.

(If you already have this from your overseas Visa Interview submit a copy that medical check form; No fee is required in this case.If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A), not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.)The easiest thing to do is get them done for free through the NHS, my husband got his tdap and mmr and didn't have to get any other ones, and had them for free through the NHS

Absolutely disagree - what happened to standards???
Well, my now husband wore smart casual for his embassy interview. We've now been married more than 6 months, so I don't think his outfit made a whit of difference in whether or not the visa was granted.
They don't care what you wear. You spend about 5 minutes total speaking to anyone. Wear what you feel comfortable wearing!

Honestly? I don't find your post insightful, I find it ridiculous.
I am from Georgia, I grew up there, and I don't know anyone that uses the word you referred to in conversation. It most certainly isn't how 'it just is' there.
Before you spout off your observations to people who may take them to be truth please remember that you clearly went into this move to the US with expectations of how it would be. It is a shame that you have seeked out and found examples to back up your stereotyping.
After living in the UK for 3 years I could carry on and on about chavs and council housing, blah blah, but you know what? My thoughts wouldn't be fact. They would be an opinion and would benefit no one by me saying them.
