  1. Can someone please reply to this? Thanks
  2. Thankyou! I received my interview date, and will submit my BIL's documents two to three weeks before the appointment. Since my FIL is no longer qualified to be the JS, do I need to bring his updated i-864 to the interview as well, or just bring along what originally was submitted? Do I also need to update my wife's i-864 as well, since she also does not meet the income requirement?
  3. Alright, thanks! So should I bring his financial document package to the interview or directly submit it in the ceac portal, before I receive interview date? If I do submit it in the portal NOW, will that delay my case?
  4. So, I'm not sure but I think my interview date is nearing. I do have another joint sponsor lined up, my brother in law, but the thing is, he got the job in March and his first paystub came out April 5th, which is around $1600, and this is his weekly income after all tax deductions. Will he qualify considering his income is not yet reflected in tax return?
  5. Hi All, My wife is a US Citizen who filed i130 for me and we got approved in December 2022. Moved forward to NVC and submitted all required documents. My wife is unemployed for the last 3 years and thus $0 income, and have been living with me in Pakistan, and proved her domicile in the US as well. Thus, we used my father-in-law as a joint sponsor, who is self-employed as an Uber driver whose current annual household income falls above $80,000, as reported on i-864. However, his total income reported on his 2022 tax return is around $15800, after cutting all expenses relevant. I received a case Review that this case does not meet minimum income requirement and a joint sponsor MAY be added. Is that message for my wife's income or my father-in-law's income? Furthermore, they are also asking for my FIL's evidence of income, for which I submitted his most current weekly paystubs from Uber, for this year 2023, that easily averages above $80,000 again. Everything else is submitted and accepted. What should I do next? Ignore the review message or get a new joint sponsor lined up? Please help me out, looking for some good advice here. Thanks
