One of the members here received an approval letter from his exemption waiver after only 6 weeks.

If it’s against your beliefs then you can apply for a I-601 religious or moral exemption waiver

I’m in the same situation. They charged my cc last week too and now patiently waiting for a receipt number via text or email.

If you filed G1145 form then you will get text or email alert once they process it. If not, then you can look out for charges on your credit card activities, usually when they charge the card is when they accepted the application. Within a few days to a week you should be getting an alert but soon after you’ll get NOA in the mail. Hope this helps!

Thank you for sharing this info! I filed my G1145 form to receive text and email updates. I noticed they charged my credit card immediately after they received my file last week but I haven’t received any email or text of NOA yet. I’m hoping they will send NOA very soon.
