she was in hong kong in 2005 for 7 months, and malyasia for 15 months in 2015

I didn't think to list my wifes mothers addresses when she lived in Hong Kong and Malaysia. My question is would my wifes mother need to get the police clearance from the two countries for the interview on the manila embassy?

Sorry to hear that. What are you applying for, which category? Assume it’s not an employment based immigrant visa as you mention i-864 so are you sponsoring a family member? If you fill in your timeline on VJ then it will help people whenever you ask questions.
its the IR5 visa and was just recently DQ, Do i have to update it right away after the job should it go to the embassy?

In regards to informing them, is it pretty much just filling out a new i864 and doing the whole process over again?

I got fired after I got dq status with the i864, if I get another job will I be fine before the interview

Does anyone have a ballpark figure on the wait time when the manilla embassy will schedule an interview for my wifes mother via ir5 after being dq at nvc stage? Its kind of hard to find this information but i was curious if anyone would happen to know

QuoteWhat public assistance programs does USCIS not consider?
A: Generally, we do not consider noncash benefits in making public charge determinations. The only noncash benefit we consider is long-term institutionalization at government expense. We also do not consider special-purpose cash assistance that is not intended for income maintenance.
For example, USCIS does not consider any of the following public benefits when making a public charge determination:
Nutrition programs
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or other nutrition programs
- Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- School lunch and school breakfast programs
- Benefits under the Emergency Food Assistance Act (TEFAP)
- Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)

If you are not currently working then your current income is zero, and you are not set.
I am working right now my wife isn't and she is the one that peitioned. So i would have to do the joint sponsor option? Another possible issue is i started this job last year so i don't have a full years worth of income, however at the rate i am going i would exceedt he income requirement
Just now, JeanneAdil said:Savvings of $10,000 or $30,000 as u posted both?
u have to prove the amount by a formal document from bank or saving's institution
Savings is over $30000

My wifes petition for her mother is in the NVC stage. My wife has been out of work for almost a year due to covid and giving birth. I havent stopped working. Yet we are household size of 4 and need income of 37500. Our tax transcripts for the last three years exceed that. However my job has been slow so far this year due to taking time off for moving and maternity leave. Anyways if my tax transcripts that i filed with my wife exceed 37500 each year should i be all set? I also have a savings which i can use to make the difference for the i864? Say income is 32000, and i have a savings of $30000 would that be sufficient enough?

My household size is 4 and it says i need 37500 for it. I make $34000 a year in this case could of savings of $10000 help me make the requirment? $34000 + $10000 savings would exceed the 125% needed?

1. My wife's birth certificate with her moms name on it
2. Me and my wife marriage certificate
