Thanks for the uplifting words, I have received the same email on the 25th of September since then there is nothing. We can do nothing just to be optimistic and wait patiently.

The last time I emailed them they took a week to respond they told me my case is pending consular review. It was the last day they updated my case. Actually when you see an update on your case it gives you hope that they are working on your case. At least that how I feel. I will add myself for sure. Thanks

Guys wondering how often you reach to the consualte for an update, I have received the last email from them on the 25th, and it was the last time they updated my case. Should I reach out again ? It is almost 4 weeks since they recieved my passport.

Hello Leo, yeah you can attach it as a PDF document to the email. As long you mentioned in the email that you attached it. I always write few words so they will know that it is there. That response is just a automated responses. You can wait for a week or so and ask them to confirm getting your documents.

It is really hard situation staying away from your partner for this long. The process itself was a hectic and being on AP for no obvious reason make it worse. You start questioning if it is really far sperating families specially when you have kids. I don't know what is going on, but they are processing everything slowly nowadays.

I have actually repeated everything was on DS-260 on the form again. I didn't want to give them a chance to say anything. Will see what others say about it.

It is so quiet in here, I guess no one has an update. You can check a precious threads for the WOM, I use to see alot of information about it.

Update : I have received an email today saying "We acknowledge receipt of the additional documents you have provided. This case is currently pending review by a consular officer" hopefully i will hear something soon.

Hello everyone,it is me again so the consualte they didn't reply to my email about receiving my passport. How long it took from them to reply to your email and confirm that they received your passport. I am just so worry, I wish they could just say somthing.

Thanks for replying, hope you hear from them very soon. I sent a follow up email to ask about my passport, I saw an update on Friday after I sent the email but nothing after that.

Hello yes my medical is expired, I have emailed them 2 weeks ago regarding the new medial but they asked me to submit the passport first before getting the new medical. They said because medical expired so fast so they want me to submit the passport first.

I have just sent my passport, they said it will get delivered on Monday. wish me a good luck everyone 🙏. I will keep you all posted.

Yeah they asked me in March exactly a month after the interview. I couldn't send the document because I was out of Canada for a family visit. I am back so I can send it soon. Also a police certificate from Kenya where I use to live for long time.

Yes it took one week exactly for them to respond to my email. They ask me to send the required documents before asking me to redo my medical.
