They do not like walk-ins. I have read about people being turned away for early walk-ins at the Seattle office. If you really want to try an early walk-in,be polite and try your luck. But understand that you may be waiting all day. It seems that I got lucky with the different employee.

They told me that they were busy and that I may wait all day and not be seen. They added that quite a few other walk ins were already waiting. I said that I understood that, took the bio sheet and filled it out. After half an hour, I walked up to the counter and asked a different employee that I didn't remember if I was supposed to hold onto it until I was called. She said they werent busy and
