Approved on 9/11/2022

And the passport was requested, to complete my visa processing

The visa has not been issued to date

Is there a problem with my file?

So someone told me:

its written your case been forwarded to the adjudication officer for review.. if everything is ok he will give the decision. Wait for 7-14 days if no update, you can send a follow up email.

What do you recommend???
