hi we got approve june 13th both i-130 and k3, pls update spreadsheet. thanks

i'm just confused, we applied k3/k4 visa. i understand that i have to bring my daughter (from previous marriage) during the medical and interview, but i'm confused if i have to bring my son (with my us husband now), we applied him as a US citizen born abroad last week the consul said we'll wait 6-8 weeks for his us citizen passport.

my questions:

1. should i bring my us citizen son to manila for medical and interview or he is safe and can use his us passport when we travel to us? (he also have philippine passport)

2. do i need to pay DS-156 visa application for my daughter too? or she already part of mine?

3. Both of our ircr1 and k3/k4 were approve, do i need to File an AOS? what if we'll pursue the spousal visa do we still have time now that we're already schedule for k3/k4 interview two weeks from now?

4. my husband received an email of undeliverable letter from USCIS since he move here in philippines before he got the NOA2, can he call us embassy in manila that he move to phils. so that all papers will be addressed here?

5. just today, again.. just today he received a job offer from argentina, if ever our visa get's approved is it a problem if we live in US and my american husband will work in argentina?

i really need your help and opinion!

i tried that too but never connect even using my smart cell. what i did today is i went to pldt calling office. and its 85 pesos a minutes, can't believed it, i pay 1300!

we are approved CR1 an K3 at the same date. now i got a letter from us embassy manila to call for an appointment interview date for K3. but we want now to pursue our cr1 since we dont need to file for Adjustment status w/c cost a lot! do we still have time to change? im just confused.

Thanks for your support guys. I guess I new to this stuff, so kinda frustrated, but I spent some time looking at the timelines for IR1/CR1 applicants and feel a bit better knowing that there is a chance to get approved before 9 months.

I am sure you all know the feeling of being away from your loved ones...I'll keep on posting any updates on this website.

i understand cj and it's killing me not to be with my love one too. last night according to my timeline data, that our I130 may be adjudicated as early as April 9, 2008, today i checked it again and it changed form april 9 to april 5? what happened? my uscis case online never been touched again! i'm confused!!!

thanks for your reply, my husband called the USCIS to let corect the error, now is now problem.

You can print the blank forms from pdf and scan again then save as "jpeg", now you open that file using adobe photoshop and start filling it up. that what i did to our forms. You can surely adjust the font size. hope this will work for you.
