I am doing AOS package for my husband who is on F1 visa. I am confused at the very last minute while I am putting everything together.

Everywhere when it is asking to fill out G325a, do you put all 4 pages together everytime?

If yes, how many sets of G325a (one for me n one for my husband) will I be needed in AOS package?

Also, if someone can guide me with how do you put all the forms together means in one file and labeling/tabs for each forms? or seperate file for each form?

Do I need to put all forms in any specific order?

Should i put c 9?

It is just your category to qualify for an EAD

I also have same question for filing for my husband who is on F1 visa. I understand I need to put C9 but what about other two brackets? Do you leave them blank or N/A?

Also, what should I put for him on I-131 under "Class of Admission"?

My husband is on F1 visa. I want to file his AOS asap but in most of the application they are asking for his A #. I couldnt find his A # anywhere. I am not sure if F1 visa holder gets one A # or not?

If yes, where can I find his A #?

Also, when you file AOS, do you need to have cover letter for each application or just one cover letter with detail information about all forms?

If someone has sample cover letter, please let me know where can I find one? How do you send all these applications together? any suggestions?

I am US citizen and my husband is on F1 visa (student visa-current). We got married last month and planning to file for his adjustment of status ASAP.

I understnad I need to fill out I-864, here is the question, because I got married and I moved, I am out of job right now. Can I fill out I-864 form with "0" current income? Is that going to be a problem? I can provide tax return from last three years and enough bank balance as assets to meet the requirement but just because I am not currently working, is that going to creat problem to get approval for his adjustment of status file?

Also, I see that in most of the applications, they ask for A #, my question is that F1 (student visa) holder get one of those A #? Do they have one? I haven't seen any A # on his I-94 or I-20.

If yes, please advice where can I see one for him.

Yes, you fill out the I-864 accurately but unless you have a minimum of three times the required income in liquid assets, you'll need a joint sponsor's I-864 to go along with your own.

Yes, your husband has an A number. It should be on his visa.

Thank you for quick reply. Quick question about his A#. How many degits are supposed to be along with A#? My US citizenship certificate has total of 10 along with alphabet A but like you said it should be available on his Visa, i checked and the only number with alphabet "A" I see is with 7 degits. I am confused.
