So should I go ahead file I-30 for her over again?

she went back to help take care new born grandchild and she decided to stay back. now she want to go back to US

My mom been stay out of US over two year and now she want to go back to US. she is a green card holder.

as I know if you stay outside of US more than 6 month that mean you abandon your residency and not able to get back in.

Right now I'm about to fill a I-30 to sponsor her back to US. is this a right way to file or there is away to bring her back without fill I-30 over again?

Thank you teeak for your information. We just have church record that when my wife convert to Catholic and a few family pictures. Talked to the lawyer they said the quick and safe is DNA test. If I submit those evident and they denied we will have to spend a lot of time and money.

I try help my wife file a petition for her mom. We did submitted I-130 form and now they asking for more evidence of the relationship between my wife and her mom due to my wife birth certificate that shows the registration was delayed 32 years. So now they asked for secondary evidence.

1. Secondary Evidence

2. Affidavit

3. Optional DNA test

My question is do we have to submit #1 and #2 or just one of these that available.

You already have the extension letter. The NOA1 says right on it: "Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year"

Look on the NOA1 you got in the mail. It's right under where it says Amount received 590.00

That is the extension letter.

Oh man I can't locate that NOA1 anywhere. Is there any way to ask for another one?

Your wife will be able to renew her license using the Extension letter and expired GC. Because this letter is the extension they accept this in place of the actual GC. I did this with no problems :-)

I filled I751 for my wife (fiance visa). The office received on June 17/2001 and she have a Bio taken on July 21/2011. Since then It been over 4 months we did heard or receive anything.

I just wonder how long is the process to receive 10yrs green card?

What action I need to take to get more information about it?

I called the 1 800 number and I hate to listen to the machine. There is a direct number to call?

Anyone have any tips please help us out. My wife can't renew her drive license cause her green card expire.

on part "Effective Date of Change of Ađdress" which day should I use? I moved back to GA on 01/26/2010. Should I use that date? or just use current day?

Like all of your said. we can only file I-751 90 days before the 2 year Green Card expires (07/28/2011), So I should wait till my daughter born, which is sometime in April. So I can include her in it.

We use to live in TX but now we moved to GA for 1 year. When we move to GA I did file the address change for my wife but not for me. Do I need to file the address change for me this time? I-865?

My fiancé just arrived to US Saturday. Today I try to apply SS# for her, but there is someone told me, she need prove a resident address to ale to apply for SS#. is that correct? My NOA2 will expires on 09/03/2008 which is less than a month. My fiancée interview date not until 09/11/2008. Should I extend my NOA2? or just let it go. If I need to extended it. What form should I use.

Got an email from USCIS today. It say your I-129F Aprroved. Woww it's Amazing. It took only 60 days to get approve.

YES YES AND YES .........I got it I got it. My K1 is approved I got the CRIS email today confirming my case is approved and NOA2 is sent.......I am feeling very relaxed and worry free now.
