I'll be submitting an I-140 for an EB3 visa. Anyone require an apostille for their birth certificate? If yes, did you need it in the initial stages or just before your embassy interview? Thanks!

Thanks, you’re right! One of the other girls in my cohort sent me her degree and hers was something like 0370. Phew! Thanks for your input.

I am gathering documents for the I-140 for my EB3 visa. I’ve just looked at my nursing degree certificate and noticed the date says “2021/0222” when I think it should say “2021/2022” (not sure why as I finished school in 2020, graduated in May 2021). Will this be a major issue in my application? I’ve already requested for a new certificate from my university but it could take up to two weeks. Any help is appreciated.
