12/31 549 549 0 0 0 0Analysis: Over the last few months, The data has evolved substantially moving from a normal (narrow) histogram to now a wide range of data being processed.
Other than the last week, the majority of cases worked on were at End of October All of November.
I have stopped reporting on Cases earlier than first week of Sept as activity had reached (and remains) single digit activity levels in opening new cases.
If needed, I can generate a report for those dates as I still maintain / update the data.A Note about data source and data presented:
This data set is slightly unique from posts I make for December groups in that it counts ONLY untouched cases
It uses a locally generated database for ALL "untouched" cases in 2021 then sorts them into weeks.
For example, Dec 3 (on the graph and report) is the Friday of that week so it also includes November 29 & 30.
It was originally created to get a sense as to when a case date might see activity.
It has evolved in use to see where the majority of activity is.
Data is posted (generally) showing either Fri-Tues or Fri-Fri "Burndown" activity.
This is so incredibly helpful! Thank you so much for doing this!

As we are so close, I plan on 2 days a week for December details (how many approvals/RFEs/etc.) - That plan is clear.
This Burndown chart (previous post above) has been very helpful at least to me to get some sense as to when this may actually start.
NOW FOR THE QUESTION(s).
If I am posting Dec Details on Tues and Friday,
1) Should I also post a burn down chart around the same time?
2) Should I the burn down chart only on Friday (for the week)?
3) If I post twice a week should the data show:
a) Friday - Tuesday & Tuesday - Friday (shows progress from last update)
b) Friday - Tuesday & Friday - Friday (shows early week and final week progress)
c) Tuesday - Tuesday & Friday - Friday (leas favorite as data has overlaps)
All of this is as much to help you guys plan as it is for me so I appreciate your thoughts.
