1st. Thanks for replying so quick.
my flight is at 5:55pm. and hotel check-in is at 3pm.
I will look and see how weather condition is tonight before I change my flight out.
But just in case ALL FLIGHTS are canceled.
What is the usual number?
I don't have any of Montreal's contact number. would you happen to have it?
Thanks,
Allan

Hi,
I have a flight going to Montreal tomorrow "march 4th" for an interview date "march 5th".
I'm worried because forecast saying it will snow and afraid flight might be canceled.
My question is just in case...
Have anyone encounter a situation where you CAN'T make it to the interview...
How do we contact them to reschedule?
if so, is there a contact number?
Thank you,
Allan

As Refugee in the past and sneaked out of the country, it's 100% impossible for Vietnamese government to re-issue my Birth Certificate.
I'll have to use a secondary evidence of a letter my parents confirming your birth details.
Thanks All for you time and suggestions.

For (DS230 Form)
My parents and I left Vietnam as refugees in 1980.
For almost 28 years, I've never needed a BIRTH CERTIFICATE or require one, till now.
Father said he must of LOST my BIRTH CERTIFICATE during those years of moving between Canada & U.S. in the 90's.
I only have Canadian Citizenship & Passport.
Planning to send my K1 Visa Packet 3 ASAP. BIRTH CERTIFICATE is only item I lack on that checklist. And No I don't have religion.
And suggestions what I can do?
Do I send the Packet back to Montreal anyway without Check marking the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE BOX"?
Thanks in advance,
Allan
AOS without Birth Certificate...HELP!!!
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

Help!!!
I applied for my K1 visa in Canada without Birth Certificate, but use the last option. which was my dad as witness with city official to notarized. they accepted.
Now I'm in U.S. and applying an "AOS" Adjustment of Status. I received a letter request of missing Evidence of Birth Certificate. I mailed the same "Birth evident" form I had while applying for entry. wonder why they won't accept it?
we were refugee from Vietnam in 1980. so many years pass. My parent lost my birth certificate along the way. there is no way of getting one.
Has any experienced this situation? Please Help ASAP. Time is running out.
Thanks,
Allan
