  1. @supermario123 I applied under the 5 year rule for N-400, since my spouse was also a permanent resident until last year. My I-751 was also still pending for past 2 years and I filed it one year late. So I had a combo interview for both I-751 and N-500 yesterday, at San Francisco field office. @OldUser Like you said, the officer only asked me for my state ID, greencard and the interview letter. They didn't ask me for any new documents and said I submitted a lot of evidence in the online account and that is good enough. The interview was good and mostly some verification questions to me and my spouse about the evidence I already submitted. Also, got the same day oath ceremony appointment and walked out with my naturalization certificate. Just applied for my US passport at the USPS nearby. So happy and relieved that this immigration journey is finally over. Thank God!
  2. @OldUser Thank you! Black and blue folders with sticky notes would be great to easily take out the documents when they ask. I will do the same.
  3. @OldUser How did you organize all the documents - like how did you separate different type of document copies and what folder did you take? Did they ask you any original documents? I would like to be prepared, rather than missing some document they ask for. This is the list I have for now. ---- ORIGINALS REQUIRED Green card N-400 / I-751 Combo Interview notice Current Passports :(for me and spouse) Driver’s license :(for me and spouse) Birth Certificates :(for me and spouse) Naturalization certificate :(spouse) Marriage certificate Expired Passports N-400 Receipt notice N-400 Biometric notice I-751 Receipt notice I-751 Biometric notice EADs ----- EVIDENCE OF BONA FIDE MARRIAGE Exhibit 1 : Evidence of marriage based documents Copy of marriage certificate Copy of evidence of legal name change Copy of recent naturalization certificate of spouse Exhibit 2 : Evidence of Kids Copy of birth certificate of our first child Copy of birth certificate of our second child Exhibit 3 : Evidence of Joint Residence Copy of Lease Agreements Copy of driver’s licenses Exhibit 4 : Evidence of Commingling of Finances IRS Tax Return Transcripts Statement of Joint Bank Account - quarterly Copy of Joint utility bills - phone, electricity, water bills Copy of joint health insurance Copy of joint auto insurance Copy of 401(k) beneficiary Copy of life insurance beneficiary Exhibit 5 : Evidence of Joint Trips Copy of flight tickets to visit family Exhibit 6 : Photographs Photographs of our life together
  4. What should be evidence checklist to be taken, for n-400 and I-751 combo interview? I have uploaded all tax returns, lease agreements, marriage certificate and kids birth certificate on my n-400 application. I have uploaded all bonafide marriage evidence in the I-751 case through online account as well. All marriage evidence since filing I-751 or since wedding date is required for the interview?
  5. Even I tried clicking on unsolicited evidence button and it was just refreshing the page. Please let me know if you find a way to make it work. I guess otherwise we can only wait for one or two years until this I-751 get approved or until we file for N-400.
  6. Same thing for my I-751 case in my online account as well. Did you figure out a way to fix this?
