Hi guys,first of all I want to thank you everyone who helped me with informations for removing conditions,finially my Green Card was ordered on july 20th,now I am waiting every day to come in mail,unfortunatly I had to move my trip to go visit my family,we had made plans my brother came there from Germany and everything.Now I am planning to go there in September but I would like to go visit my brother in Germany as well,I know I need visa(bc I am from Bosnia),and i did go to German ambassy site and I read everything about visa,I am just wondering did enyone had experience with this before and give me some pointers I would appricate it.

Basecelly that staff we sent in wasnt enough to convince them that we are legit,but we are..they gave us 60 days to send things that they requesting like bank accounts on the both names,ownership..and things like that..let me know if this helped

NOA for I 751,Petition to Remove Conditions on Residance

Finally after 3 months we get something form USCIS but is not good,I am freaking out..everything we sent proving we are together and everything wasn't enough they want more proofs,me and my husband dont own credit cards together because his credit is not great and to be honest I never wanted one,I have school loans but its on our own names,we have visa(checking)that is on my name but we use that for both of us for our bills,we tryed to get car loan together but they didnt aprove bc my husbands credit is not great,I dont know what to do:

This was what we sent:Copy of GC,partial copy of lease agreement for apt.,copy of our drivers licences,partial copy of our phone bill,copy of our previous lease agreement,Affidavits sworn by two people,photographs,copy of joint tax return for 2009,Car insurance card...This wasn't enough..HELP what should I do,Is this happend to someone else before and what did you do and what outcome was.

your valid Bosnian passport is all you need. the green card is for re-entry into the U.S.

By the way, have you applied for your permanent green card? Your 2008 one is about to expire 6/23.

I am in a search for ticket to travel home,to Bosnia..but tickets are extrimely expensive..but I have brother that lives in Germany so he sugests to fly to Germany and then to drive together to Bosnia..I am wondering can I do that with GC or I have to have transit visa,because I will get of the airport and drive through all these countries?If I do need it,do anyone knows how long it takes to get it and where do I go or call(I would assume German ambassy but what with other countries we wil drive through/)

Yes - numerous members have traveled with their 2 year GC (while date showing expired) and the NOA without any problems during their entry into the US. Some members even mentioned that they were not asked to present their NOA and the GC was enough since the online system shows that you are extended for a year.

So in time of my trip i need to take that paper with and my passport and I will not have any problems,I am sorry but I am so sceptical,because I am from cuntry that you have to be 100% sure what you doing because they will be mean and would love to give you heck about smallest thing

The I-797C you received acknowledging your case submission is also a one year extension to your green card... get it out and read it!!!!

I did,that they cashed check and my Biometrics appointment notice,and I had my biometrics proccesed on April 16th...after that nothing...and whenever I go online to check my case status its on initional review

Here is the story..I sent my I 751 in mid march (90 days prior my GC expiration) but whenever I go to check my case status it is still on initial review,I had my biometric app.on april 16th and after that nothing..I didnt get any notifications.This wouldnt be that big deal if I am not trying to go visit my family end of july and my current GS expires on 6/11/2010,and I am afreid to book my flight because what if I dont get my GC on time for trip and money is usualy nonrefundable,and time is pasing by and my ticket prices just going up?

Please help,what to do?

Hi guys,I hope someone can tell me that I am not in big trouble!Here is the story: I got my 2 year green card in june 2008,and we moved in different apartment(different adress)january 2009,I dont know why,but I didnt even think that I had to change my adress,that and I was so busy with work and school,that I totaly forget to change my adress until yesterday almost year later..Please anyone who knows anything about this subject tell me what to expect,I did change it online yesterday and sent my husbands by mail today!

O my God...we got up this morning at 4am....to be able to drive to Phily(2h from Harrisburg)...but I couldnt realy sleep at all..I dont know I just was worried I am gonna miss my alarm heheheh.....

So we came to Phily at time..when we come infront of bilding it was couple people waiting not to many..I was thinking we not gonna wait to long...so we got in at 7.15am...we checked in..we where second in line...couple in front of us where taken by lady and than a man officer called my name..we got in..swore that we gonna say truth and just truth..and than we sat..

He started to ask do we love eachother....do I planing to stay forever with my husby...do we planing having kids.. did we met eachother family...he was in such good mood,he was joking with us,laughing....that made me less nervous...

Than he asked for my passport...took my I-94 and put it with all my pappers...birth certificate...

Than he asked me yes or no Q...and than what do we have to show him like profe of our relationship...we gave pic.,cards from our wedding party,appartment lease,some envelopes(mail) with his and my name on that we got...

He took couple pic pic from album,he took my husbunds copy of tax return and W2...stapled that together put together with rest pappers..took stamp and put approved ...not sure where but it was big and red heheheh

He said his best wishes..and we left

I was on J-1 when we got married,but out of status when we applied!

Like you can see I had my biometrics taken at 04/02 and my AOs was touched than...not enymore...it is allready like 20 days past since...and i didnt get enything from them...any updates...any notices...or date for interview...

So I am liltle bit woried..is that usualy takes that long or...
